Kigamboni Coastal Serenity
DAY 1 - Karibu: Welcome
Gently settle into your beautiful Kigamboni accommodations. Accompanied by our collective of experts, you'll have an opportunity to privately set and share your personal objectives for this transformative journey.

DAY 2 - Bagamoyo: Take a load off your heart
Bagamoyo, Swahili for "Take a load off your heart," is also the theme of our retreat. Starting with a visit of the actual Bagamoyo site, which was once one of the most important trading ports along the East African coast, today it is known for its art, culture and fascinating history.

DAY 3 - Ngoma: Drum & Dance
Ngoma can simply be defined as music, dance and drums, however, the word carries a deeper cultural significance linked to communal gatherings. We'll start the day by delving into the transformative power of mindful-movement, music, and dance to spark your movement-mind connection. In the afternoon, we'll travel to our second destination in the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Ngorongoro Highlands Sancturay
DAY 4 - Reaching New Heights
Leaving the Indian Ocean to reach new heights, we'll take you to 5,700 feet of elevation on this next phase of our cultural odyssey. Taking advantage of our natural surroundings, this part of the journey will focus on local wellness practices and traditional rituals.

- Learn some of Tanzania's most sacred healing and traditional practices from a local healer
- Maasai-led Indigenous Medicinal Walk & Workshop to uncover the healing power of plant medicine

DAY 5 - Porini: In the Wild
A day dedicated to exploring wilderness, we'll start with an early morning safari, enjoy a beautiful picnic lunch in the crater, and give you the opportunity to select your afternoon activity of choice.

It is a place where time slows down, allowing guests to reconnect with nature and emerge relaxed and rejuvenated.
Gibb's Farm
An idyllic safari lodge in Tanzania, Gibb's Farm is on the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater overlooking the Great Rift Valley. Each cottage has a distinct theme founded on an element of East Africa. We'll enjoy organic farm-to-table meals as all fruits, vegetables and herbs are freshly picked from the organic gardens and meat is sourced from local, sustainably-raised farms.
